Overview
Access QuikStor from a web browser to open your home page, where you can manage facilities, units, and tenants.
This article shows how to sign in with your credentials and a verification code from your authenticator app.
Prerequisites
A supported web browser. See the list of supported browsers below.
Your QuikStor email address and password.
An authenticator app set up for QuikStor. For example, Google Authenticator.
ℹ️ Info: Although QuikStor will work properly in the vast majority of browsers available today, we only test and certify on the browsers below:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge
Apple Safari
If you are having issues accessing or operating the system, we recommend using one of the tested and certified browsers noted above.
Step 1: Enter Your Email and Password
Open the QuikStor login page and sign in with your details.
Go to the QuikStor Login page.
In the Email field, enter your email address.
In the Password field, enter your password.
To check what you typed, select the eye icon to show or hide your password.
Select Login.

Step 2: Enter Your Verification Code
QuikStor uses multi-factor authentication, so you need to confirm your identity with a code you get from an authenticator app.
Open your authenticator app.
Find the current 6-digit QuikStor code.
On the Multi-Factor Authentication page, enter the code in the Verification Code boxes.
Click Log In.

⚠️ Warning: If the code does not work, QuikStor shows Credentials Invalid. Get a fresh code from your authenticator app and try again. If it still does not work, contact your administrator.
Step 3: Choose a Company
If your account has access to more than one company, QuikStor asks which one you want to open.
On the Welcome Back! page, select the company you want to open. The selected company opens.

ℹ️ Info: You only see the Welcome Back page if your account has access to more than one company. With access to a single company, QuikStor opens your home page right away.
ℹ️ Info: If QuikStor shows No company assigned to the account, your account is not linked to a company yet. Contact your administrator or reach QuikStor support at the details shown on that page.
Done! QuikStor opens your home page, where you can access all the options available for your account.
