Overview
Elavon is a payment provider that enables businesses to process card payments. Their product, Converge, is the payment gateway software that handles communication between an Ingenico terminal and a bank.
QuikStor connects all the components, allowing facility staff to process card-present payments quickly and efficiently.
Previously, facility staff had to enter card details into the platform manually. Now, they can use a physical card reader to process payments within the platform.
ℹ️ Info: Card-present payments are only available through the QuikStor app. They are not supported on the Tenant Portal or the public API.
