Set Permissions for Roles

Learn how to configure corporate and facility access permissions for roles in the Corporate Portal.

This article explains how to set permissions for roles in the Corporate Portal. Adjusting permissions allows you to control what actions users assigned to a role can perform.


Select Role to Edit

  1. From the Corporate Portal, select Users from the sidebar menu.

  2. Under the Users dropdown, click Roles & Permissions.

  3. Find the role you want to configure and click on its Name.


Set and Save Permissions

  1. In the permissions section, configure the role’s access to both Corporate and Facility features:

    • Corporate Level Permissions – Check or uncheck permissions for corporate features such as User Management, Reports, and more.

    • Facility Level Permissions – Check or uncheck permissions for features related to facility management.

  2. Once you have set the permissions for the role, click Save Permissions to apply the changes.
