This article explains how to set permissions for roles in the Corporate Portal. Adjusting permissions allows you to control what actions users assigned to a role can perform.
Select Role to Edit
From the Corporate Portal, select Users from the sidebar menu.
Under the Users dropdown, click Roles & Permissions.
Find the role you want to configure and click on its Name.
Set and Save Permissions
In the permissions section, configure the role’s access to both Corporate and Facility features:
Once you have set the permissions for the role, click Save Permissions to apply the changes.
