Adding a Tenant or Prospect to the Warning List

Step 1: Access the tenant’s record.

Step 2: In the upper right, look for the warning list status. If the tenant isn’t on the warning list, click Add to warning list.

Step 3: Enter a Reason explaining why you’re adding this tenant.

Step 4: Click Add to warning list to save your update.

Accessing the Warning List and Removing Tenants from the Warning List

Step 1: To review or remove tenants from the warning list, go to the Corporate View.

Step 2: Click the Warning List menu option.

Step 3: View all tenants currently on the warning list.

Step 4: To remove a tenant, click the trash can icon beside their record.

Step 5: Confirm your choice by clicking Remove.
