Overview
This article explains how to sell items that are in stock, such as boxes or locks, to a walk-in customer who is not a tenant. After reading, you will be able to start an anonymous sale, add items to it, take payment, and complete the transaction.
Prerequisites
Before you start an anonymous sale, confirm the following are in place:
Items have been created at the Corporate level and assigned to your facility.
The items you intend to sell are in stock at your facility.
At least one payment method is configured for your facility.
Step 1: Open a New Anonymous Sale
To open a new anonymous sale, navigate to the facility making the sale and start the sale from either the side menu or the header. You can use whichever entry point is quicker for you.

Step 2: Add Items to the Sale
On the Sell Items page, add items to the anonymous sale by entering how many of each item the customer is buying. The running total updates as you enter quantities.

Enter the quantity the customer is buying in the field at the right of each item row. For example, enter 10 for Large Box and 5 for Disc Lock.

Confirm the running Total at the bottom of the screen. Once the quantity is entered, the Buy Items button becomes active.

Step 3: Take Payment and Complete the Sale
To complete the anonymous sale, confirm the quantities, choose a payment method, and take payment from the customer. The sale is finished once the payment goes through.
Check that the quantity for each item is correct.
Choose a Payment method, for example, Cash.
Enter the cash amount the customer hands over.
Click Complete Transaction.
