Remove Monthly Billing Restriction for 28th, 29th, 30th

More flexible pro-rate and billing dates

We've removed the restriction that stopped a pro-rate or paid-through date (PTD) from landing on the 28th, 29th, or 30th of a month. Until now, those days were greyed out in every date picker, imports rejected them, and choosing one at move-in quietly moved the date to the last day of the month. That's gone.

You can now pick the 28th, 29th, or 30th anywhere you set a pro-rate or paid-through date - at move-in, when creating a pro-rate invoice on an existing lease, and in lease imports.

This gives you a consistent late-month billing day instead of being pushed onto the last day of the month. A date like the 30th recurs every month and simply falls back to the 28th in February, and each cycle is still treated as a full month and billed the full amount.

Improvements

API Documentation Page Redesign

A more polished page design paired with a smarter Search that indexes content and permissions in real time.

We've redesigned the API Documentation page with a cleaner layout that's easier for users to navigate. The biggest improvement is in Search, now located on the left side of the page. It indexes titles, categories, API content, and permissions instead of just titles, with results updating instantly as you type.

Search also opens in its own dedicated window, so you can look something up without losing your place in the documentation you already had open.

The right side of the page has a more organized layout that's quicker to scan. Together with the refreshed visual design, this makes it easier for users to read through API content and find what they need.

Bug Fixes

Master Occupancy Report

A clearer, more accurate view of occupancy, rates, and revenue across your facility.

We've reworked the Master Occupancy Report so its counts, rates, and unit groupings reflect what's actually in your system.

  • Adjusted Rate Variance now shows the difference between Occupied Street Rate and Occupied Actual Rate (as a negative value), instead of counting applied credits.

  • Added separate Parking and Other sections (Other covers retail, office, commercial, apartment, and similar).

  • Unit group names now match the system exactly (for example, "Inside Climate" instead of "Climate").

  • Square footage now shows only for covered parking; uncovered parking is now blank.

  • "SQ Ft Available" renamed to Total SQ Ft Available, now showing the total (not remaining) square footage.

  • Parking is no longer counted in the CC and NCC unit counts or their square footage.

  • Percentages, dollar amounts, and ratios now round to one decimal and display with the matching % or $ symbol.

  • The Price column now shows the Economy price instead of a price range.

  • The Notes column now shows the reason for Unrentable units.

  • "# of Zero Rent Units" now includes both $0 rent units and units with a 100% discount.

  • Units without proof of insurance are no longer counted as having it.

Facility Summary Report

Cleaner, reconciled, audit-ready.

We've made the Facility Summary Report reconcile and read better. Its totals now tie to your accounting export and your bank, turning the report into a figure you can close your books against rather than one you have to reconcile by hand.

  • Payment totals now reconcile. Payments by Type and Payments by Category match each other and tie to your Sage Intacct export and bank deposits, with returned items netted out.

  • Rent broken out by unit category. The Rent line is now split into Rent - Storage, Rent - Parking, Rent - Commercial, Rent - Office, and so on.

  • Adjusted Rate Variance added to Revenue Performance (Occupied Street Rate minus Occupied Actual Rate).

  • Proof of Insurance now shown as a percentage. Tenants with no coverage expiration date count as having no proof.

  • Unit Statistics by Status redesigned into a clearer cross-tab layout, with each unit counted once.

  • "Scheduled Rate Increase" renamed to "Scheduled In Place Rate Changes," now reflecting both increases and decreases.

  • Accounting basis labeled per table (cash or accrual).

  • Clearer formatting: % and $ symbols, thousands separators, and one-decimal rounding throughout.

  • Values now match the Master Occupancy Report on shared metrics.
