Overview
If several of your facilities use the same templates, you don't need to assign them one facility at a time. Copy Selection lets you assign templates to any facility or facilities that need the same setup.
Prerequisites
Before you can use Copy Selection, make sure the following are in place:
Templates have been created.
Templates are assigned to at least one "main" facility, which is the facility you'll copy from.
You have the Assign permission in the Templates section, on the Corporate tab which is required to access the Assignment page.
You have the Assign and Read permissions in the Templates section, on the Facility tab which are required to use Copy Selection.
Step 1: Open the Assignment Page
Start at the Corporate level and navigate to the Assign page.
Navigate to the Corporate level.
Click Templates from the sidebar menu. The Templates page loads.
Select Assignment from the dropdown. The Assign Trigger Templates page loads.

Step 2: Choose the Source Facility and Template Type
Select the facility that already has the templates assigned the way you want, then select the template type you want to copy from it.
Navigate to the template type you want to copy (e.g., Lease Templates).
Select the facility whose templates you want to copy (e.g., Beta).

ℹ️ Info: Copy Selection copies one template type at a time. If Beta has Lease, Manual, and Mass Notification templates assigned, copying Lease Templates to another facility does not also copy the Manual or Mass Notification templates - repeat this process separately for each template type.
Step 3: Copy the Selection to Other Facilities
Copy Selection is available on the Facility tab of the Assignment page and moves the template type you selected in Step 2 to any facility you choose.
Click the Copy Selection button. The Copy Selection to other Facilities modal opens.

Select the facility or facilities you want to copy the assignment to (e.g., Alpha).

Click the Submit button. The message "Successfully copied [Template Type]." confirms the copy was successful.

ℹ️ Info: Copy Selection is only available on the Facility tab of the Assignment page. It does not appear on the Corporate tab.
You have now assigned the same templates to another facility with the click of a button, without having to configure each facility individually.
