Bulk Update Unit Rentability Status

Download the Unit Rentability template to update rentability status for multiple units at once, then import it and approve the changes.

Overview

You can update the rentability status for multiple units in one pass instead of changing each unit's status individually. Download a template listing all units, mark which ones are Rentable or Unrentable, then import the completed file to apply the changes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, confirm the following are in place:

  • You are logged in to QuikStor with valid credentials.

  • You have the Bulk Edit Rentability Status permission in the Unit section on the Facility tab.

Step 1: Download the Unit Rentability Template

This step downloads a CSV template listing every unit at the facility, so you can mark rentability changes offline before importing them.

  1. Navigate to the facility whose units' rentability status you want to update.

  2. Find Units in the sidebar menu and click it. The List of All Units page opens.

  3. Navigate to the Export Data or Templates button and click it.

  4. Select Unit Rentability from the drop-down menu under Export Data section. The template downloads to your device.

Step 2: Fill In the Template

Edit the downloaded file to reflect the rentability changes you want to make.

  1. Open the downloaded template in your spreadsheet application.

  2. Enter the new status in the Rentability column for each unit whose rentability status you want to change.

  3. Save the file in the CSV format.
