Overview
This article walks you through updating street rates for multiple units at once, grouped by Unit Class, using a CSV import instead of editing each unit's street rate individually.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, confirm the following permissions are enabled at the desired facility tab:
To access the Street Rates page you need to have the permission Read Street Rates enabled under the Street Rates section (Corporate level > Users > Roles&Permissions > [Your Role] > Facility tab > Street Rates section > enable Read Street Rates).
To have access to the Change Rates via CSV button you need to have Edit Street Rate permission enabled under the Unit section (Corporate level > Users > Roles&Permissions > [Your Role] > Facility tab > Unit section > enable Edit Street Rate).
Step 1: Download the Street Rates by Class Template
On the facility's Street Rate page, download the CSV Street Rates by Class template which you will populate with the prices per unit class data.
Navigate to the facility whose unit group street rates you want to update.
Click Revenue Management in the sidebar menu.
From the drop-down menu select Street Rates. The Street Rate page opens.
Navigate to the Change Rates via CSV button and click it.
Select By Unit Group Class from the drop-down menu. The Import Data modal is displayed.

Click the Download button on the modal. The Street Rates by Class template downloads to your device.

Step 2: Fill In the Template
Open the downloaded template and enter the prices for each unit group class you want to update.
Open the template in your spreadsheet application.
Enter the prices for each unit group class you want to update.
Save the file.
ℹ️ Info: If you enter a positive number, the street rate is updated to that value. Leaving a field empty, means the street rate for that Unit Group Class will not be updated. Zero and price ranges are not accepted.
Step 3: Import the Completed File
Upload your completed template back into QuikStor to start the update.
Return to the Import Data modal.
Drop the CSV file into the modal, or click browse to locate it on your device.

Step 4: Review and Approve the Import
Review the uploaded data and confirm the changes before they are applied.
Review the on-screen table and confirm every unit group's class prices are
correct. Edit any value if a correction is needed.
Click the Upload CSV button when the data is correct.

Select Approve Import in the approval modal. The message “Street Rates updated successfully.” appears, confirming the units are created.
