Overview
This article shows you how to restart delinquency processes for multiple leases at once, instead of restarting each one individually. Select the delinquency processes you want to restart from the Active Delinquencies page, choose how existing fees and tenant notices are handled, and start the restart. QuikStor runs the restarts in the background and shows you the result of each one.
Prerequisites
Before you restart delinquency processes in bulk, confirm the following:
You are logged in to the QuikStor.
The Restart Process permission (Delinquency section) is enabled for your user on the Facility tab. If this permission isn't enabled, the Restart Delinquency button doesn't become available.
The facility has at least one active delinquency process.
The delinquency processes you want to restart have not entered the Auction state. A unit already in Auction can't be restarted through this flow.
Step 1: Filter the Active Delinquencies to Restart
Select delinquency processes to restart from the Active Delinquencies page, where you can narrow the list using filters like Tenant, Unit, Days Late, PTD (Paid Through Date), and Stage before making your selection.
Navigate to the facility whose delinquency processes you want to restart.
Find Delinquency in the sidebar menu and click it.
Select Active Delinquencies from the drop-down menu. Active Delinquencies page loads, listing every active delinquency process in the facility.

Navigate to the filters bar and click the filter you want to use. For example, click Days Late to filter by how many days a tenant's account has been overdue.
Enter the filter range. For example, enter 0 in the Min field and 10 in the Max field. The Active Delinquencies page filters automatically as you enter values, showing only the delinquency processes that fall within the range you set.

Check the checkbox next to the Tenant column header. Every delinquency process shown by your current filter is checked, and the Restart Delinquency button becomes active.

ℹ️ Info: If active delinquencies are scattered across multiple pages, when you check the checkbox next to the Tenant column header you get a notification "All delinquencies on this page are selected. Select all delinquencies across all pages." The "Select all delinquencies across all pages." is a clickable link which selects all delinquencies on all pages when you click on it. Furthermore, you can include up to 5,000 delinquency processes in a single bulk restart request.
Step 2: Configure and Start the Bulk Restart
Once you've selected delinquency processes, you configure how fees and tenant notices are handled for the whole run before starting it.
Click the Restart Delinquency button in the top right corner. A confirmation modal opens, asking you to confirm the restart for the selected delinquency processes.

In the confirmation modal, select a fee-handling option: choose Keep current fees to leave previously applied fees in place, or choose Switch to new fees to waive them and let the new process apply its own fees. For example, choose Switch to new fees.
Toggle Send Tenant Notices on if you want the restarted processes to send tenant notices, or leave it off to restart without sending notices. For example, toggle Send Tenant Notices on.
Click the Restart Delinquency button in the modal to start the bulk restart.

Review the restarting delinquencies modal. It shows a progress bar along with the Total, Done, Remaining, and Failed counts for the run, and updates as each delinquency process finishes restarting.

After all delinquency processes have been restarted, the restarting delinquencies modal shows the Restart Complete message. You can minimize the modal, exit it, or opt to go back to Active Delinquencies page.

ℹ️ Info: Only one bulk restart can run in a facility at a time. If a bulk restart is already in progress, wait for it to finish before starting another one.
