Find Delinquent Units Using Filters

Learn how to find delinquent tenants at a facility using the Delinquent Filter.

Although QuikStor automatically manages delinquency processes, facility staff still need to monitor delinquent units.

A list of delinquent units helps staff conduct physical unit overlocks, verify and approve automated decisions, and track strict legal timelines before initiating auction processes.

This article shows the fastest way to get the full list of delinquent units at a facility.

Prerequisites

  • Unit - Read permission at the Facility level. If you do not have this permission, the List of All Units page will display no units.

ℹ️ Info: Some options are hidden or disabled based on your permissions. If you cannot see or use a feature, ask your Corporate administrator to grant the required permission.

Step 1: Open the List of All Units Page

Before searching for delinquent units, navigate to the List of All Units page to get all units for the selected facility.

  1. Click the Facility Switcher and select a facility you want to view.

Facility Switcher dropdown at the top of the page with a facility selected.

  2. In the left-side panel, click Units.

QuikStor left-side navigation panel with the Units menu item selected.

The List of All Units page opens.

Step 2: Filter Units Using the Delinquent Filter

The Delinquent filter helps you isolate all units with a delinquent tenant.

  1. Locate the Unit filter bar directly below the List of All Units heading.

Unit filter bar below the List of All Units heading, showing filter options including Delinquent.

  2. Click on the Delinquent filter and select Yes in the dropdown.

The List of All Units refreshes and shows only delinquent units at the selected facility.

Step 3: Review the Results

Each row in the list now displays a DLQ (Delinquent) badge next to unit numbers, delinquent tenants, and PTDs on the right side of the table.

  1. Review the Unit and Tenant columns to identify which units are Delinquent and who the tenant is.

  2. Click a Unit Number to open the Unit Overview tab for more details.

The List of All Units page showing delinquent units marked DLQ, with the Unit, Tenant, and PTD columns. The table shows other columns too but these are relevant for the delinquency selection.

ℹ️ Filter selections remain active until you click Reset Filter & Sort (the X icon on the right side of the filter bar) or leave the Units page.
