Overview
A custom billing cycle lets you invoice a single unit on a period you define, anywhere from 1 to 28 days, instead of the standard monthly cycle. This article shows you how to set a custom billing cycle on a unit so that a tenant renting a short-term space, such as a billboard or a parking space, is invoiced and pays on that shorter period.
Step 1: Open the Unit's Setup Tab
To set a custom billing cycle, first open the Setup tab for the unit you want to change the billing cycle for.
Navigate to the Facility level and open Units from the side menu.
Access Units from the side menu
Click on a unit from the List of All Units page.
