Importing Historical In Place Rates (ECRI)

Learn how to restore migrated active lease pricing by bulk-importing historical In Place Rates from a CSV template.

Overview

When active leases are migrated, they lose their previous pricing details and any historical rate increases. This article explains how to restore that data by importing historical In Place Rates for active, migrated leases using a bulk CSV import. After reading, you will be able to download the template, enter past rates and effective dates, upload the file, and confirm the import succeeded.

Prerequisites

Before you start importing historical In Place Rates, confirm the following:

  • The Import Historical In Place Rates under Lease permission is enabled for your role.

  • The lease is active and migrated.

Download the CSV template which you will fill in with the historical rate data.

  1. Navigate to the Facility level.

  2. Select Revenue Management from the sidebar menu and click In Place Rates to open the In Place Rates page.

Step 3: Import the Completed File

Upload the completed CSV file and approve the import.

  1. Return to the In Place Rates page.

  2. Navigate to the Import Data button and select Historical In Place Rates from the drop-down menu.
