Overview
Sending an email from a template lets you reuse a predefined Manual Template instead of writing each email by hand. At the Corporate level, you can send this email to a recipient in any facility across the organization.
Prerequisites
The recipient exists in the system as a Tenant or a Prospect, with an Email Address saved in their Basic Information.
At least one Email Manual Template is created and set to Active.
