Overview
The Corporate level Management report is a compact scoreboard for comparing performance across multiple facilities at once. It shows one row per selected facility, each carrying three key performance indicators - Revenue, Payments, and Rental Activity - across two time columns: month-to-date and year-to-date. You can typically use it to compare facility performance across a portfolio without opening each facility's own report individually.
Each facility's KPIs match that facility's own totals from its Facility level Management report - this report doesn't repeat every section per facility, only the three top-line numbers.

ℹ️ Info: Management Summary is not a separate report. A permission with that name exists in the system, but it does not correspond to a report of that name - don't confuse it with the Management report documented here.
Report Scope
This article documents the Corporate level version of the Management report - a compact roll-up covering three KPIs per selected facility. A separate Facility level version exists for reviewing a single facility in full detail, across nine sections. See the Facility level companion article for that version.
💡 Tip: The Management report can also be scheduled for recurring email delivery, with the Generate For date calculated automatically - for example, the run date, a fixed number of days before it, the first of the month, or the first of the year. You can also mark it as a favorite report for easier and quicker access.
Report Layout
The report page includes the following report parameters and page controls.
Report parameters
Report name and category – Shown as Management, tagged with the orange Operations badge.
Facility scope – Shows all selected facilities or facility groups.
Date range – The Generate For date.
Report Generated timestamp – The exact date and time the report was run, indicating how current the data is.
Filter and Export
Filter – Select one or more facilities and/or facility groups (at least one is required), plus the Generate For date. Each selected facility appears as its own row in the report.

Export as – Downloads the report as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
ℹ️ Info: Unlike the Facility level report, this report has no column for the selected date itself - only MTD and YTD. Each facility's MTD and YTD totals are calculated using that facility's own local calendar date, not one shared time zone. If a facility's local date is behind others, a transaction from what other facilities would consider "yesterday" can still be included in that facility's totals for the selected date. If a facility's local date is ahead, a transaction from what other facilities would consider "today" won't be included yet, since that date hasn't been reached in the search.
For example, if the report is generated for August 21 and a facility's local date is still August 20 at that moment, a sale made on that facility's August 20 is included in its totals for August 21 - because on that facility's own calendar, it hasn't reached August 21 yet. Conversely, if the report is generated for August 20 and a facility's local date is already August 21, a sale made on that facility's August 21 won't show up, since August 21 falls outside the range being searched.

Each selected facility appears as one row, showing month-to-date and year-to-date values for three KPI groups. A portfolio footer sums all rows. Facilities with no activity for the period still appear with a row of zeros rather than being omitted.
The main table consists of the following four sections:
Facility Identifier – Consists of two columns - Facility name and Facility Report. The latter contains a clickable link that opens the Facility level Management report.
Revenue Group – The facility's total revenue earned for the period, honoring that facility's own accrual or cash accounting basis.
Payments Group – The facility's total money collected across all payment tenders for the period.
Rental Activity Group – The facility's net rentals for the period. Calculated as: move-ins minus move-outs.
ℹ️ Info: Each KPI matches the corresponding total from that facility's own Facility level Management report - Revenue Group matches the Revenue section's total, Payments Group matches the Payments section's total, and Rental Activity Group matches Net Rentals.

⚠️ Warning: The portfolio footer sums the KPI values shown in each row. Because each facility's underlying accounting basis can differ, the Revenue Group total in the footer can combine figures calculated on different bases (accrual for some facilities, cash for others).
FAQ
The following questions cover common points of confusion when reading the Management report at the Corporate level.
1. How is the Corporate level Management report different from the Facility level Management report?
This report is a compact roll-up showing three KPIs per facility across two time columns (month-to-date and year-to-date). The Facility level report covers a single facility in full detail, across nine sections and three time columns (the selected date, month-to-date, and year-to-date).
2. Why does this report only show month-to-date and year-to-date, and not the selected date itself?
The Corporate level report is designed as a portfolio comparison tool rather than a daily snapshot, so it omits the single-date column that the Facility level report includes.
3. Why does a facility with no activity still show up in the report?
Facilities with no activity for the period still appear as a row of zeros rather than being left out, so the portfolio footer always reflects every selected facility.
4. Can I select individual facilities and facility groups together?
Yes. The Filter accepts any combination of facilities and facility groups, as long as at least one is selected.
5. Do all facilities in the report use the same time zone for their date windows?
No. Each facility's month-to-date and year-to-date windows follow that facility's own time zone, not a single portfolio-wide time zone.
