Manually Edit the Street Rate for an Individual Unit

Sometimes you need to adjust the Street Rate for a specific unit rather than applying changes in bulk. Here’s how to update the rate for just one unit.

Step 1: Go to Units.

Step 2: Select the unit you want to update.

Step 3: Click Edit next to the Street Rate.

Step 4: Enter your new Street Rate for this unit.

Step 5: Click Save to confirm the change.

That’s it! You’ve successfully updated the Street Rate for a single unit.
