New Features
Call Center
Embedded telephony, built right into QuikStor.
We've released the QuikStor Call Center, a fully embedded telephony module that brings inbound and outbound calling directly into QuikStor. Click to dial any tenant or prospect from their record, and when calls come in, an automatic screen pop surfaces the matching tenant or prospect so your team has full context before they say hello. From the call screen, users can take a payment, open the tenant or prospect record, and move through common workflows without ever leaving the call.
All calls are recorded and stored on the tenant or prospect record for easy reference, training, and dispute resolution.
This is just the start. We're actively building AI-driven call automation on top of the Call Center, including AI-handled payments, access code lookups, facility information, lead and reservation capture, move-ins, and more.
This is a paid add-on module. Contact [email protected] to get it set up for your facilities.
When logged in, users can mark themselves as available for calls or go offline. The current call queue and wait time are displayed at all times.
If the calling number is not associated with anyone at your facility, you can create a new lead in one click.
If the calling number matches an existing tenant or prospect, you can click the tenant name to open their record, or jump straight into taking a payment.
Every call is automatically recorded and stored on the tenant or prospect record, giving you a complete call history for every relationship.
Regenerate Documents from the Print Center
Ensure printed and mailed documents reflect the latest tenant data.
The Print Center queues up PDF documents that QuikStor generates overnight for printing and mailing, including documents sent through our Mail House integration. In some cases, printing or mailing may be delayed, and during that delay tenant contact information, balances, or document dates may change. When that happens, the original PDF can fall out of date before it ever goes out the door.
We've added the ability to regenerate any document directly from the Print Center, on demand, so the version that ships reflects the most current tenant and account data.
Sage Intacct and NetSuite Journal Entry Exports
Map your accounts and export upload-ready journal entry CSVs.
We've released native journal entry export support for Sage Intacct and NetSuite. Operators can now map their QuikStor accounts to their Sage Intacct or NetSuite chart of accounts and export journal entry CSVs in the format each system expects, ready to upload directly. This eliminates a meaningful amount of manual reformatting that has historically slowed down month-end close.
What's next: direct API integrations for both Sage Intacct and NetSuite, plus QuickBooks Online API integration and QuickBooks Desktop IIF export support.
Enhancements
In Place Rate Naming
We've renamed "Effective Rate" to "In Place Rate" on the In Place Rates list download to align column naming with the rest of the rate management terminology in QuikStor.
Delinquency Process End Reason Logging
Delinquency tasks now record an End Reason whenever a delinquency closes, capturing how the delinquency was resolved. For example, a delinquency may end because the tenant was removed from the delinquency process, or because a payment brought the account current. The End Reason is visible on the Past Delinquencies screen for easier auditing and reporting.
Alphabetical Sorting for Reports
Reports and their categories are now sorted alphabetically across the Reports area, making it faster to find what you need.
Sent Email Status Tracking
You can now see the delivery status of sent emails directly in the Sent messages outbox and on the tenant communication history. Statuses include:
Sent: the email has been handed off to our delivery provider
Scheduled: the email is queued for a future send time and has not yet been delivered
Delivered: the receiving mail server has confirmed receipt of the message
Opened: an open was detected via tracking pixel. Open tracking relies on the recipient's email client loading remote images, so it is not always 100% accurate. Some clients block image loading by default, which means an opened email may not register as Opened
Bounced: the email could not be delivered
Upload Images to Emails
We've added the ability to upload images directly from your device when composing emails. This works in both the one-off email composer and in email templates, so operators can attach property photos, maps, or marketing imagery without having to host the image elsewhere first.
Mail Shop Information on Tenant Documents
We've expanded the Tenant Document page to show additional information about documents sent to our mail house partner, including:
Mailing Class
Page Count
Tracking Number (when sent via certified mail)
Bug Fixes
This release also includes a number of smaller bug fixes and stability improvements across the platform. Thank you to everyone who reports issues and helps us continue improving QuikStor!
Next Planned Release
Our next production release is scheduled for 2 to 3 weeks. We will post release notes as soon as that release is available.
