New Features
Ingenico Card Reader Support
We've added support for Ingenico card readers, making it easier to accept in-person payments directly within QuikStor. Card information can also be saved as a payment method for future transactions and autopay enrollment, helping streamline the payment experience for both staff and tenants.
Card readers must be obtained through QuikStor. Reach out to your Sales Representative for pricing.
Sage Intacct & NetSuite Journal Entry Reports
We've added Sage Intacct and NetSuite-specific account mapping fields, along with a new set of journal entry reports designed to simplify accounting exports and imports for these systems.
The following new reports are now available:
Sage Intacct Reports
Company Intacct Journal Entries Report
Company Intacct Journal Entries by Day Report
Facility Intacct Journal Entries Report
Facility Intacct Journal Entries by Day Report
NetSuite Reports
Company NetSuite Journal Entries Report
Company NetSuite Journal Entries by Day Report
Facility NetSuite Journal Entries Report
Facility NetSuite Journal Entries by Day Report
These updates make it easier to prepare accounting data in a format aligned with your downstream financial workflows.
New Corporate Level Management Report
We've extended the Management Report to the corporate level, giving users a centralized view of summary data across facilities. From this report, users can quickly drill into each facility's individual Management Report for additional detail.
Move-In and Transfer Rental Rate Changes
Permission-controlled in-place rental rate adjustments are now available during move-in and transfer flows, including support for prorated charges. Users can also set the in-place rental rate to $0 during move-in or transfer. When a $0 rental rate is used, a reason is required so teams can properly document exceptions such as employee units, charity units, or other special cases.
Configurable SMS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
You can now configure the SMS Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shown on the tenant portal. This makes it easier to support SMS campaign registration requirements and maintain compliance with SMS opt-in standards.
New Tenant Properties and Attributes
We've added new tenant designations for Student, Bankrupt, and Deceased. These attributes make it easier to identify tenants with special statuses and support related operational and delinquency workflows.
Enhancements
Move-In Date and In Place Rate Filters on Unit List
New filter options have been added to the Unit List so you can narrow results by move-in date and in place rate amount.
Resolved At and Completed By Fields on Tasks
Tasks now include Resolved At and Completed By fields so teams can better track when tasks were completed and by whom.
Filter Mass Document Notices by Tenants Without Email
Mass document notices can now be filtered to target only tenants who do not have an email address on file.
Custom Document Naming for Mass Notifications
Users can now define a custom document name when uploading documents for mass notifications, making it easier to organize and identify generated files.
Rent Increase Notice Document Generation
When a tenant does not have an email address, rent increase notices are now automatically generated as documents so the notice can still be delivered through an alternate process.
Ability to Upload PDF File for Bank Deposit
You can now upload a PDF file for bank deposits. Now choose either PDF or various image file formats.
Delinquency Tables Expanded with Tenant Designation
Active and past delinquency tables now display tenant designation information, providing additional context during delinquency review.
In-Place Rates Table Filters
The In-Place Rates table now includes filters for rate amount and move-in date range to help users more easily locate and review pricing leases eligible for rate increases.
Unit List Export Extended with Unit Class and Available Online Properties
Unit List exports now include Unit Class and Available Online fields for improved reporting and analysis.
Lease Screen CSV Export Extended with Move-In Date Column
CSV exports from the Lease screen now include a Move-In Date column.
Mass Notification Documents on Tenant Documents
Documents sent through mass notifications now appear in the tenant's Documents tab for easier reference and recordkeeping.
