Assign a Delinquency Template to a Unit

Learn how to assign a Delinquency Template to a unit from the Unit Setup tab.

Overview

A unit with an assigned Delinquency Template becomes part of a fully automated delinquency process: notices go out on schedule, each delinquency stage starts on time, and the process stays legally compliant.

  1. Locate the Setup tab on the Unit Details page.

  2. Click the Setup tab.
