Overview
Sage Intacct is a cloud accounting platform that QuikStor can send journal entries to. This article shows how to connect one facility to Sage Intacct at the Corporate level: select the facility, choose Sage Intacct, enter and save its Web Services credentials, and map its accounts so the facility's journal entries can sync automatically.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure the following are in place:
The Facility Switcher at the top of the page is set to Corporate. The Accounting Integrations page opens only at the Corporate level.
You have the Manage Integration Credentials (Accounting Integration) permission at the Corporate level. If the Integrations option is greyed out or missing, you most likely do not have this permission.
You have your Sage Intacct Web Services credentials on hand: Client ID, Web Services User ID, Intacct Company ID, and Client Secret. These credentials are provided by Sage Intacct.
Step 1: Open the Integrations Page
You can find Sage Intacct under Accounting on the Integrations page.
In the left sidebar, click Accounting.
Under Accounting, click Integrations. The Integrations page opens.

Step 2: Select a Facility to Configure
On the Integrations page, you choose a facility you want to set up. The Facilities panel is placed between the left sidebar and the settings area.
In the Facilities panel on the left side of the Integrations page, find your facility. Use the facility search inbox if the facility list is too long.
Click the facility name to select it.

⚠️ Warning: The facility switcher at the top of the page and the Facilities panel inside the Integrations page are two different controls. Select a facility in the Facilities panel to continue.
Step 3: Choose Sage Intacct as the accounting system
QuikStor supports more than one accounting system, so make sure you are on the Sage Intacct tab before you enter any credentials.
At the top of the settings area, click the Sage Intacct tab.

Step 4: Enter the Sage Intacct Credentials
Enter the four Web Services values from Sage Intacct in the Please configure the Sage Intacct for [Facility Name] section. All four are required.
In Client ID, enter [Client ID].
In Web Services User ID, enter [Web Services User ID].
In Intacct Company ID, enter [Intacct Company ID].
In Client Secret, enter [Client Secret]. Click the eye icon in the field to show or hide what you typed.

Step 5: Save the credentials
Save the connection so it is stored for the selected facility.
Step 6: Map the facility's Accounts
A facility using Sage Intacct for the first time must map its accounts once. Mapping pairs each QuikStor account type and account name with its matching Sage Intacct account number, so each journal entry posts to the correct Sage Intacct account.
In the Export Template card, download the mapping template.
Open the template and add each Sage Intacct account number next to its matching QuikStor account name.
In the Import Data card, upload the completed template.
Mapping the facility's accounts using Export Template and Import Data
Done. Your facility is now connected to Sage Intacct with its accounts mapped. Its previous day's journal entries sync to Sage Intacct automatically during overnight processing.
ℹ️ Info: Overnight processing is the automated process QuikStor runs for each facility once a day, after the day closes, to finalize that day's activity. The Sage Intacct sync runs as part of this routine, so a day's entries reach Sage Intacct after that day ends - not in real time.
⚠️ Warning: For a day's entries to sync, every account used in that day's entries must be mapped. If any account used that day is not mapped, the facility sends nothing for that run. Accounts not used that day do not need to be mapped.
