This release moves another batch of reports from MongoDB to SQL behind the scenes. Nothing changes about how you use them - same filters, same layout, same data - you'll just notice they load faster, especially on larger data sets.

Heads up: As part of the Daily Snapshot report's move to SQL, we also fixed several calculation issues (below). If today's numbers look different from what you're used to seeing, this is why - the new numbers are the accurate ones.
Fixed an issue where Transfer rows in Today's Move-Ins/Move-Outs/Transfers showed a blank Specials column even when the lease had one.
Fixed an issue where leases with a $0 balance due were still counted as delinquent in the Delinquency Summary.
Fixed an issue where move-ins created by lease migration were counted alongside real move-ins in Move-Ins/Move-Outs/Transfers Summary.
Fixed an issue where some Manager Discretionary Transactions waivers showed a blank Type instead of "Waiver."
